BRUSCHI
(formerly CHARLIE
)

11/18/08: Charlie is the only male. He is a cream dilute and weighs about 12 lbs. He looks like an adult until you see him with his sisters. He loves to run and play in the yard with his siblings and is really a handsome boy. He is pretty confident and is just now realizing that people are ok.
None of these pups have ever been shown any affection or love until they came to us. They have come a long way in the last week.

1/1/09: This little guy is precious. He's growing like a weed and is really loving playing with the other dogs in his foster home. He loves Griff. He is learning to walk on a leash and is doing quite well.

Let's play!

2/3/09: Finally!! The day finally got here when Charlie made his way all the way to Rhode Island to be united with his new family. His journey started on Sunday and today he met his new dad, Joe. In a couple hours, he'll meet his mom, Mindy, and his new sister, Fergie. Way to go, Charlie. You're a real trooper!!

2/3/09 UPDATE: Just wanted to let you both know Charlie arrived here safely, finally! He is super sweet and adorable! He and Fergie have done NOTHING but chase either around since his arrival. We are having a snow storm today, and we let them outside to run...they had a blast! There is already a ton of snow outside from previous storms, and it's snowing like crazy now, and they just can't get enough of it, or each other. I already have pics and videos. I'll send them when I have more time. I am positive we made the right decision, they really get along so well. Thanks for all of your help! Mindy & Joe

2/5/09: Cindy, here are a couple pics of Charlie and Fergie. Each day is getting better. Last night he slept through the night without moving off his bed once. He's eating well and going to the bathroom regularly so everything is good! I am taking him to the vet tomorrow night to get him started on flea/heartworm preventatives.

I will work on getting a pic of the four of us and I have a video too showing them playing together, but for some reason my computer here doesn't want to download it so I'll send that form home.

I'll be in touch. Mindy

7/7/09: Bruschi and Fergie are both doing very well. They are just so great together, I'm glad it all worked out in the end. He is still having issues with being left alone but has calmed down a significant amount and is perfectly happy in a crate, which is nice. I'm actually going to enroll him in the same obedience training I took Fergie too because she benefited from it so much.

Bruschi absolutely LOVES to play with other dogs. Big, small, he doesn't care. When he's out in the yard he is NON-STOP for hours. I don't know how he does it! Healthwise he is doing fine. He has allergies quite often but a little bit of cough syrup usually cures it.

As for Fergie, she is absolutely beautiful. She has taken on a dominant role and at the same time is so much more obedient than ever before. And she is absolutely consumed with Bruschi.

Hope all is well. Mindy
