BONZAI

12/26/07: This pretty boy is Bonzai. He ended up in a shelter because his owner had to go into the hospital for an indefinite period of time. Poor boy, he's not sure what has happened to him.

Bonzai is a fawn horsecoat neutered male. He's 2 years old, crate trained and house trained. He's only been in rescue for a few days (12/23/07) and he hasn't been feeling too well, so he's frightened and a little growly. He's just unsure of what's going on. He has never offered to bite and, in fact, will give a high 5 when he's not afraid.

Bonzai is good with other dogs. He is vaccinated and on heartworm preventive. He has beautiful eyes.

2/27/08: This sweet boy met his new mom Wednesday night and is in his new home in Pinson TN and doing very well. Mary and Bonzai hit it off immediately. He shook her hand, so we know he likes her!

Mary and Bonzai are on the right; the couple on the left is Mary's son, Eric, and daughter in law, Shay. The beautiful chocolate boy is Willie Wonka. Shay and Eric adopted Willie from us about 4 years ago. What a great looking family!!
