4/20/2010: What a cutie pie! This is Snickers. She comes to us as an owner turn in (obviously who had lost his/her mind) to a shelter in Georgia. Snickers is 10-12 weeks old and is a chocolate horsecoat female. She is full of life and loves everybody. I think her goal in life is to have everybody notice her. She loves the other dogs here, too, and will play until her little tongue is hanging out. Snickers is crate trained but not house trained. We're working on that.
I posted her picture on our Facebook page and almost immediately one of our former adopters wrote saying she wanted to adopt her, so Snickers will be going to Metairie Lousiana as soon as we can work out transportation for her. Galon is due for a road trip. :>)

4/25/2010: We knew this little girl wouldn't be with us long - 5 whole days! Snickers has been adopted by Fran, a former adopter, in Metaire LA. Galon drove her down on Sunday and spent a couple days in New Orleans. Fran is tickled with her new baby and can't get over how smart Snickers is. We're waiting on Fran to send pictures.
5/15/2010: As you can tell from the pictures below, Snickers has made herself right at home. What a beautiful girl she's growing into! Way to go, Snickers!! Thanks, Fran, for giving Snickers such a great home!
