Sara Li came from North Carolina with terrible claw marks over most of her back end and back as well as a large abscess on her neck which had been lanced and drained. These have been all treated and she continues to heal. This little girl is a survivor and once she knows you, loves to give kisses.  She is very sweet and not shy at all.

Sara Li is a small and petite, almost delicate features, Right now she is extremely skinny, but we are starting to put some weight on her. She is a Creme Dilute horsecoat (very soft) female and is approximately 2 years old. Sara will be Spayed on Feb 23rd, she is current on vaccinations and is on heartworm and flea prevention.

A fenced yard is required for this girl and a harness when she is walked although she is easy to walk on a leash. She loves to explore. There is a lot of puppy still left in this little girl.

We prefer that Sara Li be placed with someone familiar with the breed and who also has the time, energy and commitment to spend with her to fully develop her personality. She seemed to be OK with cats when we came face-to-face with one at the Vet. She will soon be kid tested on her turf although the kids next door don't seem to affect her.

UPDATE 2/8/04: Sara Li is being adopted by her foster family. This is no surprise to us!! They immediately fell in love with her and couldn't imagine her living anywhere else. Thank you, Rosemary and Earl for taking such excellent care of Sara.
