KENO
(formerly JIMMY CHU)
7/20/07: What a difference a week and TLC makes!! Last week we picked up Jimmy Chu from his owner. He was very afraid of us. We believe he was mostly kept in a crate in the basement, taken out to potty, and played with once in awhile. We were told he was walked, but by the condition of his nails and his inability to walk on a leash, this is questionable. He is learning to walk on a leash. He was very thin. He has gained some weight, but could use some more pounds.
He is now the happiest little 8 month old boy you could want! He loves to play with us, and is getting to know our dogs and play with them. He was very crate dependent at first. Now he loves to be out of his crate and play inside the house. He is still somewhat reluctant to play outside, but is doing better. He still does well in his large crate, when we need to put him there. He is house trained.
He is very active, smelling everything and running around. I believe he will settle down more as he gets use to having freedom.
This little fellow needs to be given a chance to be a puppy and have a loving home. He will delight you with the funny things he does.
Jimmy is up to date on his shots and is taking Heartgard. He will be neutered next Tuesday, July 24th. He will be ready for adoption soon after that.
Please give Jimmy a chance to show you how much love he has to give.

8/4/07: Jimmy Chu is happy and safe in his new home. This family is a perfect match for Jimmy and he for them. Way to go, Jimmy!
