Beau is a handsome flowered brushcoat boy. He is healthy – except for the pei ear thing which needs attention regularly. He is current on vaccinations, on heartworm preventive, neutered and microchipped.

Beau walks well on a leash and is house trained. He enjoys his bath, believe it or not, and he really doesn't mind having his ears cleaned.

Beau gets very scared when he's closed in a small space with a person, but he loves to play when he's in the yard. Beau really loves being outside lying in the sun.

Beau gets along with other dogs, but because of his timidness, we think he would be more comfortable in a quiet home without children. Beau is looking for that special home.

UPDATE 9/20/05: Since Beau has been sharing his space with Blossom, his personality has really changed. He and Blossom play together and he's not nearly as timid as he was before. 10/31/05 Beau just can't seem to get over being so afraid, so we think the best thing for him is to keep him here with us. He's happy in the kennel and loves to play in the yard, but only with me. He's obviously had a hard life. We don't want to make it any more stressful by placing him again.
