Blue came to us from a shelter in East Tennessee. He's a black horsecoat, neutered, 5 year old male. He's very healthy and very playful. He's crate trained and house trained and gets along very well with other dogs. He is current on his vaccinations and is on heartworm prevention. Even though he's 5 years old, I'm sure he has many good years left.  It appears as though Blue hasn't had much attention paid to him in his lifetime, but we certainly want to change that. UPDATE 8/8/03: Blue has been x-rayed and has a bad disc, however, he is in no pain and gets around just fine.

Blue is a great dog! Can you see past this problem and give him a loving home?

UPDATE 11/15/03: Blue is compensating very well for his back problem. He's happy and healthy - with no pain.

UPDATE 4/2/04: Blue was placed in his new home on 3/23/04, almost a year since coming into rescue. Blue is a very special dog that needed a very special family and we found it!  Thanks to Andrew, Jenny, Kaitlyn, Andrew, and Daniel for taking Blue into their home.
