This beautiful boy died on New Year's Day 2006 from renal failure. Rocky's story is an unusual one. His initial owner was taken to jail for drugs and Rocky wasn't found in the house until two weeks later. He was so stressed that he had no hair and was very frightened. It was obvious he had been severely mistreated even before that time. We took him in and kept him as one of our own. He lived with us for 10 years and we loved him dearly. Even after being mistreated, he was a very sweet boy with a wonderful temperament. He had a good long life, dying at the age of 12. We miss you, Rocky.
