HUGH
Adoption Pending

4/15/08: Hugh is a beautiful sable Pei who was picked up as a stray. He waited and waited for his owners to get him from the animal control, but they never came. Hugh is a very good boy and does not understand what has happened to him.

Hugh is crate trained and house trained. He walks well on a leash and is learning some basic commands. We don't know how well he gets along with other dogs yet as he has kennel cough and is quarrantined. Hugh also has heartworms and he needs to be neutered. He will be ready for adoption in June.

Hugh will make a great pet for his forever family. Check back often to see how Hugh is coming along.

   What a handsome boy!

We require that a home visit by a volunteer be done prior to adoption. The purpose of the home visit is to ensure that the information given during the adoption process is correct and that the home is the right match for the dog being adopted. The home visit also gives adopters a chance to ask questions about the adoption process.

The adoption fee for Hugh is $250, which helps to offset the cost of his medical care.

If you have trouble filling out our application, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with an application via email or "snail" mail.
